- Company name : Make sure the company name has not been applied for by another company
- Articles of Association
- Company address
- List of company directors : The full names and addresses of directors must be disclosed and whether they are Canadian residents.
Process of the Incorporation of Canada
- Apply for a company name online
- Draft Articles of Incorporation
- Submit company registered address
- Submit a list of company directors
- Apply for registration online and pay the required fees
- Apply to obtain a Business Number and corporate tax account from the Canada Revenue Agency
